- Following the various consultations organized within the Tunisia Investment Authority (TIA), it was agreed to adopt a land process led by the Agence Foncière Touristique (AFT), including the realization of a Perimeter of Land Intervention (PIF), a Development Plan of Detail (PAD) and a purchase of land on behalf of HDI

Land process adopted
- In this context, a technical assistance agreement was signed between HDI and AFT (February 2021)
- The PIF file has been constituted under the supervision of AFT and has received the approval of the municipality of Tabarka (June 2021)
- The realization of the PAD started in February 2021
