- The purpose of HDI is the management and exploitation of tourism through :
- the development of eco-responsible, innovative, attractive and value-creating tourism investment projects
- the realization of all the works relating to the development and the enhancement of the zones having to accommodate the tourist projects
- identifying financing tools and promoting projects to potential investors and partners
- Realization of tourism investment projects and construction of buildings and equipment in the areas where the projects are to be implemented
